Senior Rep Program
A premium brand partnership for a small number of Class of 2027 seniors in Carmel + Central Indiana.
Applications are limited. We accept 6–10 ambassadors total (max 1–2 per school).
This isn’t a discount program.
LV Senior Collective is a select group of leaders and connectors who help shape the look and feel of LV Senior Portraits. You’ll receive an elevated portrait experience, create content with us, and earn upgrades when friends you introduce book their own sessions.
If you’re looking for unlimited freebies or “cheap senior pics,” this won’t be the right fit.
You’re a great fit if you…
- Are involved at school (sports, arts, leadership, clubs, etc.)
- Are reliable with deadlines and communication
- Enjoy sharing your life on IG/TikTok (even if you’re not “huge”)
- Are comfortable inviting friends to something fun
- Want senior portraits that feel confident, elevated, and you
Not a great fit if you…
- Want a free session with no participation
- Don’t want to post or tag
- Often miss deadlines or cancel last minute
- Want to promote multiple photographers at once
What you get (guaranteed)

Signature Ambassador Session — guided planning, styling support, and a relaxed, confident shoot experience.

Ambassador Bonus Credit — receive a credit of $250 for each referral, up to a $1000 credit

VIP Scheduling — first access to prime dates and seasonal add-ons (cap & gown, etc.).
Your portraits still follow the LV experience: planning → session → reveal & ordering appointment.
What You Do
Monthly Sharing
1 feed post + 2 story days per month (tag + link)
Warm introductions
Submit 5 warm intros total (names, cell, parent’s cell)
You’re not asked to “sell.”
You simply share your experience and introduce friends who would love the same thing.
Earn upgrades through booked referrals
When a friend books + pays their session, you earn:
Milestone bonuses
- 2 bookings: $500 image credit
- Each additional booking: +$250 image credit
- 5 bookings: Best-friend mini or cap & gown mini
Reward cap
To keep the program premium and sustainable, total credits/rewards are capped at $1000 per representative
Credits are not redeemable for cash and apply to products and images. LV Portrait Design tracks referrals by booking records.
Timeline + Spots
- Applications close March 15
- Collective term: April 1 – November 30, 2027
- Team size: 6-10 ambassadors total
- Selection: 1-2 per school (depending on fit)

FAQ Items:
Q: Do I need a big following to apply?
A: No. We care more about trust and connection than follower count. Reliability and leadership matter most.
Q: Is this free?
A: This is a brand partnership, not a free photo program. You receive guaranteed perks, and you earn additional upgrades when referrals book.
Q: What if my Instagram is private?
A: That’s okay. You’ll share via stories/posts and provide screenshots so we can confirm participation
Q: Can I promote another photographer during the term?
A: To protect the partnership, ambassadors agree not to promote another photographer during the term. (Yearbook/vendor photos are fine.)
Q: How are referrals tracked?
A: Referrals count when the senior books and pays their session. We track this in our booking system.
Q: What’s the time commitment?
A: A few posts each month, plus the group shoot and one bring-a-friend event. We keep it simple and guided.
