1) Relationship & intent
• LV Senior Collective is a brand partnership with limited spots.
• Participation does not guarantee “free photography.” Rewards are earned through completed referrals and participation.

2) Term
• Agreement term: March 1, 2026 through December 1, 2026.

3) Session & ordering
• Your student will book a Signature Ambassador Session.
• Ordering is completed through an in-person (or live virtual) reveal/ordering appointment.
• Any included credit applies to products/digitals as outlined, and is not redeemable for cash.

4) Ambassador bonus & rewards
• Ambassador receives the stated bonus (e.g., additional credit / perks).
• Referral rewards are earned only when a referred senior books and pays their session fee.
• Rewards are tracked by LV Portrait Design using booking records; LV’s tracking is final.
• Rewards/credits have a maximum cap of $1,000 total per ambassador.
• Credits are non-transferable and expire in January of the student’s senior year.

5) Posting requirements
• Student agrees to monthly posting requirements (feed + stories) and to tag LV Portrait Design and use the provided link.
• If the student’s account is private, they agree to provide screenshots and/or alternate sharing methods.

6) Exclusivity
• During the term, student agrees not to promote another senior portrait photographer (posting, tagging, referral codes, etc.).
• If a conflict arises (sports media day, yearbook vendor, etc.), family will communicate in advance.

7) Reliability & conduct
• Student agrees to show up on time, communicate professionally, and meet deadlines.
• LV Portrait Design reserves the right to remove a participant for missed commitments, disrespectful conduct, or repeated no-shows.

8) Cancellations & rescheduling
• Session reschedules require ____ hours notice.
• If a reschedule/no-show violates the policy, credits/perks may be reduced or forfeited.

9) Model release & usage
• Parent/guardian grants LV Portrait Design permission to use images for portfolio, website, social media, studio samples, and advertising.
• If parent/guardian prefers limited usage (e.g., no full name, no school), those preferences can be noted here: __________.

10) Referral expectations
• Student agrees to provide warm intros (names/handles) and personal invitations.
• LV Portrait Design will handle all sales conversations with professionalism; student is never asked to “sell,” only to introduce.

11) Financial clarity
• Rewards/credits reduce the final purchase price but do not guarantee a specific number of digitals or products unless stated in writing.
• Any additional products/digitals beyond credits are purchased by the family at published pricing.
