The Client Journey | Step 1
Consultation & Styling
Every commission begins with a design consultation, in your home wherever we can. We plan the session around your family and your walls, decide where the portraits will live, and photograph those spaces so that at your reveal you see your designs on your own rooms. Wardrobe is settled from your closet, not a mood board. Both of you should be there: these are décor decisions, and they are easier made together.
The Client Journey | Step 2
Session Day
In the studio, at your home, at your barn, or anywhere in central Indiana. Every family member is welcome, and additional locations and outfits are never charged. The session is calm and directed: you are guided through every pose and expression, so you can simply be present with the people you love. Before you leave, your reveal date is on the calendar.
The Client Journey | Step 3
In-Person Reveal
Within five business days you see your finished portraits, in person, on a large screen, and then your wall designs to scale on photographs of your own rooms. Together we choose what comes home: the wall piece, the album, the Heirloom Box. Nothing is decided by email, and nothing is finished until you love it. The Reveal Promise: if you don’t love your portraits at your reveal, your session fee is refunded in full, that day.

Delivery & Installation
Every wall piece is finished on museum-grade materials, master-art retouched, framed, and placed by us in your home on the day we agree, guaranteed for life. You don’t measure or guess. And while we are there, we reserve your next date: most families return each fall, and the children are a year older.

Every commission includes
- A design consultation in your home
- Your session, anywhere in central Indiana — everyone welcome, additional locations and outfits never charged
- A portrait credit toward your collection or wall art: $1,000 with a family or equestrian session, $500 with a senior session
- Your reveal within five business days, in person
- Master art retouching on every portrait
- Design for your walls, shown to scale on photographs of your own rooms
- Delivery and installation, guaranteed for life
All of it is included. The only decisions you make are which portraits, and where.
